Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Ascension Providence in Waco, TX. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and conducting medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs for patients. You will perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient conditions, establish and revise plans of care, and oversee activities of physical therapy assistants and students.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.
  • Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient conditions.
  • Establish and revise plans of care.
  • Oversee activities of physical therapy assistants and students.
Requirements
  • Licenses/Certifications/Registration: BLS Provider and RPT credentialed from the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
  • Additional Preferences: 1 year experience in outpatient multi-disciplinary clinic, manual therapy and/or lymphedema, pediatric experience.
