About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Maplewood at Stony Hill LLC. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
  • Engage residents in conversation and activities, promoting social interaction and a sense of community
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure resident care needs are met and documented
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
Requirements
  • Current Connecticut Nurse's Aide Registration
  • Experience working with seniors, with a passion for delivering high-quality care
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that require physical stamina
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
