Job Summary:
Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team in a travel position. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for patients.
Responsibilities:
- Operate imaging equipment, such as CT scanners, to produce high-quality diagnostic images for patients.
- Position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring accurate and safe positioning.
- Administer contrast media and other medications as required for imaging procedures.
- Develop and process radiographs, ensuring accurate and high-quality images.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient imaging procedures and results.
Requirements:
- ARRT certification in Radiography (R)
- 1 year of experience in radiologic technology
- Experience with Siemens scanners preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
