Job Title: Surgical Tech Assistant

About the Role:
The Surgical Tech Assistant will assist the surgeon and RN's in operative procedures. This role will function as an assistant to the Surgeon, providing critical support in the operating room.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the surgeon and RN's in operative procedures
- Function as an assistant to the Surgeon
- Provide critical support in the operating room

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associate's degree preferred
- Basic Life Support (BCLS) required within 30 days of hire
- Certification as Surgical/First Assist on hire
