Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Advisor to join our team at WMC Health. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient care and outcomes. This role requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols to ensure high-quality patient care
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmissions
* Conduct regular reviews of patient cases to ensure medical necessity and appropriateness of care
* Provide education and training to physicians and other healthcare professionals on clinical best practices and guidelines
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify and address areas for improvement

Qualifications:

* MD or DO degree
* Board certification in a relevant specialty
* 5+ years of experience in a clinical leadership role
* Strong clinical expertise and knowledge of medical guidelines and protocols
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
