Job Title: Pharmacist Specialist

About the Role:
This position is responsible for providing pharmaceutical care, supervising support staff, and participating in dispensing activities. The Outpatient Pharmacist will provide pharmacy services to patients from neonatal to geriatric age groups. This person must have knowledge of the skills to care for the pharmacy needs of these populations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Performs clinical services to optimize drug therapy and documents interventions.
* Delivers medications to patients and provides medication counseling.
* Prepares specialty compound drugs and provides accurate, clinically relevant drug information to healthcare professionals.
* Identifies, prevents, and investigates potential and real adverse drug reactions and medication errors.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy required.
* Arizona State Board of Pharmacy license required.
* One year of experience in a retail or alternate care pharmacy preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
