We are actively seeking an attorney to join our Labor and Employment Practice in Las Vegas, NV. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of employment law matters, including litigation, counseling, and training. We are looking for a self-starter with strong writing and analytical skills, who is able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Admitted to practice in Nevada
  • At least seven years of experience in employment law matters
  • Prior employment litigation experience (preferably on the management side)
  • Employment counseling or in-house employment law experience preferred
