The Breakfast Attendant at Spark by Hilton Mystic Groton is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming breakfast area.

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive start to their day.
• Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, including arranging food displays and coffee stations to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout breakfast hours, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for guests.
• Ensure food items and supplies are well-stocked and replenished in a timely manner to meet guest demands.
• Assist guests with their breakfast selections and provide recommendations when asked, enhancing their dining experience.
• Clear tables and clean up spills to maintain a neat and tidy breakfast area, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently, providing accurate information and resolving any issues that may arise.

• Prior experience in the hospitality industry or a similar role is preferred, with a focus on customer service and teamwork.
