FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team at our Mesa, AZ location. As a Physical Therapist with FYZICAL, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team to provide cutting-edge physical therapy services to our patients.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough new-patient evaluations and exams to diagnose patients and evaluate physical activity limitations.
- Create personalized treatment plans that set clear goals and completion dates.
- Equip patients with physical therapy intervention techniques and exercises, and track progress.
- Provide education to patients on techniques for continued care and self-management.
- Examine and evaluate new patients, establishing a diagnosis of condition or conditions and their impact on activity.
- Establish a plan goal and time frame, prescribing intervention techniques and exercises as needed.
- Measure and track intervention effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary.
- Educate patients on continuing care and self-management techniques.
- Accredited Physical Therapy program graduate.
- Current state Physical Therapy license.
- Ability to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in an autonomous environment.
- Passion for helping patients with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk issues.
- 1+ year(s) of outpatient neuro/ortho center or vestibular rehab experience.
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program and current Physical Therapy license in AZ.
- Ability to carry out and progress a skilled treatment plan in an outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation setting.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Passion for working with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk patient population.
