Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled bartender to provide an exceptional guest drinking experience. The successful candidate will be able to mix and match ingredients to create classic and innovative drinks in accordance with customers' needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and Serve Beverages
  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Interact with Customers
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks.
• Assess Customer Needs
  • Assess customers' needs and preferences, making recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Mix and Present Drinks
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails, garnishing and serving drinks with flair.
• Plan and Present Bar Menu
  • Plan and present a bar menu that showcases our range of drinks and offerings.
• Check Identification and Restock
  • Check customers' identification to confirm they meet the legal drinking age, and restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed.
• Guest Focus and Compliance
  • Stay guest-focused, nurturing an excellent guest experience, and comply with all food and beverage regulations.

Requirements

• Experience and Skills
  • Proven working experience as a bartender, with excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Computer Literacy and Language
  • Computer literacy, with knowledge of a second language considered a plus.
• Attitude and Communication
  • A positive attitude and excellent communication skills, with the ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
• Training and Certificates
  • Relevant training certificate, demonstrating expertise in bartending and hospitality.
