We seek a Retail Associate who possesses outstanding interpersonal and leadership abilities. This individual will take pride in representing the Jungle Boys Brand and is devoted to delivering an exceptional medical cannabis experience to all patients in Florida. The ideal candidate will maintain a positive attitude while embracing new responsibilities, adapt comfortably to change, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years old and adhere to all local, state, and company regulations. A criminal background check and appropriate state badging are required as per state laws.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in cannabis, retail sales, or the hospitality service industry, including:
  • Cash handling and cashier experience
  • Customer-facing sales interactions
  • A strong desire to continuously learn about cannabis and its properties
  • Availability to work during holidays, evenings, and weekends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and inventory management software.

Physical and Mental Demands:
