Job Title: Travel LPN

Fusion Medical Staffing-Long Term Care is seeking a skilled and dedicated LPN to join our team for a travel assignment in Geneseo, Illinois.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented LPN to provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting. As a travel LPN, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide bedside care to patients and assist with personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
  • Collect patient's health information and document nursing history and physical assessment.
  • Administer medications in accordance with approved nursing techniques and scope of practice.
  • Maintain patient's medical records with proper charting and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with supervising RN regarding changes in patient condition, vital signs, or status.
Requirements:
  • One to three years' experience as an LPN preferred.
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions.
  • PC skills.
