Weill Cornell Medicine seeks a highly skilled Clinical Care Manager to join our team. About the Position:
This role requires approximately 2 or more years of related work experience as a Registered Nurse. If you have extensive experience as a Registered Nurse, it may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing. Salary Information:
The estimated salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $118,000.00 per year, based on the location and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- To coordinate multidisciplinary health care services and arrange diagnostic tests as ordered by physician(s).
- To triage patient inquiries and communicate test results.
- To ensure infection control compliance within the practice.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A current NY State Registered Nurse License & Registration.
- BLS certification, issued by the American Heart Association.
- Infection Control Certificate.
