Cart and Janitorial Associate Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cart and Janitorial Associate to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our Front End Services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience from the moment they enter our store to the moment they leave.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cart Management: Gather carts from the parking lot and transport them to the store, ensuring they are clean and ready for customers.
  • Janitorial Duties: Clean restrooms, sales floor, and parking lot as needed, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives, maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
