Position Overview

This full-time, on-site position in Derry, NH, is for a Technical Support Manager. The individual in this role will oversee the daily functions of Service and Support, which includes the assembly and repair of Electro-Mechanical Systems, leading the technical support team, managing budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring quality assurance. Additionally, this role encompasses facility management responsibilities. The Technical Support Manager will collaborate with internal teams to promote effective workflow and communication. This position is crucial in embodying the company's mission and values, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and supporting senior management and engineering/production teams in strategic initiatives. The role requires hands-on involvement with in-house and customer site inspections, repairs, installations, and training.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management, service and support management, and facilities and budget oversight.
  • Strong practical technical expertise in electro-mechanical systems, automation, and CNC machinery.
  • Demonstrated ability in documentation and procedure formulation.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building, motivating, and effectively managing teams.
  • Experience in developing and executing processes and procedures aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, quality assurance, and customer support.
  • Background in working within a global organization that embraces diverse cultures.
  • Experience in the technology, education, or manufacturing sectors is advantageous.
