Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bus Person to join our team at River Gaming Enterprises, LLC. As a Bus Person, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service by quickly and thoroughly cleaning and setting food serving and dining areas.
  • Assist servers by expediting activities and providing requested beverage items.
  • Clear and clean tables, chairs, counters, and surrounding areas in a discrete manner.
  • Reset tables and ensure each table has appropriate accompaniments.
  • Interact pleasantly with all guests while responding quickly to special requests.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Maintain a dependable work attendance record with extremely infrequent absences and/or lateness.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume bar, restaurant, or nightclub is preferred.
  • Must acquire and maintain a valid Gila River Environmental Health Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness Certification, Blood-Borne Pathogens (BBP), and other required compliance trainings.
  • Ability to perform the GILA WAY, which includes greeting guests, interacting positively, listening actively, and appreciating guests.
  • Must possess excellent guest service skills, strong telephone etiquette, and be a self-starter with the ability to follow up and complete tasks in a timely manner with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships as well as to gain the cooperation of guests and fellow team members.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
