Job Description:
We are seeking a Patient Support Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct care to patients, developing and maintaining positive relationships with patients and healthcare staff, and communicating effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to patients, including medical support and education
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and healthcare staff
- Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in patient support or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
