Key Responsibilities:- Enter prescriptions into the Remedi SeniorCare Framework/DocuTrack pharmacy system with speed and accuracy
- Communicate with customers via telephone and respond to their needs in a courteous and timely manner
- Resolve discrepancies in orders, including illegible prescriptions and potential medication concerns
- Work collaboratively with the Order Entry leadership to meet department goals and objectives
- Contribute to the evaluation and continuous improvement of client services, policies, and procedures
- High School graduate or equivalent required
- Current national/state pharmacy certification and State Board of Pharmacy registration required
- Comprehensive computer knowledge and skills required
- Comprehensive understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge required
- Math skills with an emphasis on calculations and analytical skills required
