Endocrinology Physician Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Endocrinology Physician to join our team as a leader in the Division of Endocrinology. This is an exciting opportunity for a physician who is passionate about leading a team and making a meaningful impact in the field of endocrinology.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Division of Endocrinology and provide clinical leadership to a team of endocrinologists, NPs, and PAs.
- Develop and implement population health management guidelines and processes for diabetes care.
- Collaborate with primary care and other stakeholders to develop and implement seamless transitions and co-management between primary care and specialty care.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Diabetes Foot Clinic and other programs within the Division.
- Participate in the development and implementation of the Division's strategic plan and goals.
