Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care and service, ensuring a positive experience for all patients
  • Coordinate patient schedules, appointments, and treatment plans
  • Manage patient records, including demographic and clinical information
  • Communicate effectively with patients, dentists, and other staff members
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and billing
  • Assist with laboratory functions, including dental impressions and casts

Requirements

  • Associates' degree or 3 years of experience in a dental office setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Customer service experience
  • Computer skills, including data entry and record management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Dental office management experience, especially in a multi-specialty office
  • Knowledge of dental software, including Dentrix and Dolphin
  • CPR-BLS certification or other related dental certifications
