Senior Testing Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Testing Analyst to join our team at Park National Bank. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for executing deliverables required by the CMS, reviewing policies and procedures, and developing independent credible challenges to compliance risks and controls.

• Maintain a solid understanding of risk management frameworks and Park's risk and control environment.
• Review policies, procedures, and associated risk and operational programs to ensure consistency with internal and industry standards.
• Develop, oversee, and provide independent credible challenge to compliance risks and controls based on the risk management framework.
• Clearly document the results or conclusions for testing performed in concise management reports.
• Collaborate and consult with internal and external stakeholders to resolve risk-related topics.
• Support the annual testing plan through timely completion of testing cadences.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance (preferred) or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in testing/auditing, compliance, or related role.
• Intermediate knowledge of banking regulations, such as the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Community Reinvestment Act, Fair Lending laws, and the Dodd-Frank Act.
• Cert Reg Comp Mgr (preferred) or Cert Int Audit (preferred).
