Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist for a travel assignment in Clinton, Maryland. With TotalMed, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team and provide high-quality patient care.
About the RoleThis position requires a registered nurse with experience in step down unit settings. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and making informed decisions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and treatment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A valid RN license in the state of Maryland
- At least 1 year of experience as a registered nurse in a step down unit setting
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical decision-making and critical thinking
The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 - 120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
