We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford. As a RN, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in a diverse healthcare environment, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, and coordinating with members of the healthcare team to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care that meets their individual needs.
- Coordinate with members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Assess and document patient conditions, communicating with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Develop and implement patient education plans, promoting health and wellness among patients.
- BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Tennessee Board of Nursing required.
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or professional licensure at time of hire required.
