Turndown Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled Turndown Attendant to join our team at Westin Washington Dulles Airport. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest room is clean, comfortable, and inviting.

• Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, and demonstrating solid product knowledge.
• Room Preparation: Ensure that each guest room is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the next guest, including making beds, dusting furniture, and replenishing supplies.
• Team Collaboration: Assist colleagues when needed and work collaboratively to achieve team goals and objectives.
• Safety and Security: Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for associates and guests.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure that every guest room is clean and well-maintained.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods of time.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
