Spring Management Trainee Internship

You'll have the chance to develop marketing strategies, manage a fleet of vehicles, and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

As a Management Intern, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business results
  
• Managing a fleet of vehicles and ensuring excellent customer service
  
• Building relationships with customers and coworkers to drive sales and growth
  
• Working closely with our management team to drive business results and achieve goals

To be eligible for this internship, you must:

• Be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program and graduating in May 2025
  
• Have a minimum of 3 months of collegiate leadership, military leadership, or customer service experience in a retail or hospitality industry
  
• Have a valid, unrestricted driver's license that is not in provisional or probationary status
  
• Be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week throughout the 12-week spring internship program
  
• Be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position
  
• Be living in Burlington or Camden County for the duration of the internship
