Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer

RSC2, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team in Aberdeen, MD. As a key member of our EW&C Team, you will play a critical role in delivering critical capabilities to counter current and future threats.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance and information to meet requirements
  • Review and mentor lower-grade employee's work for quality and accuracy
  • Perform a wide range of systems engineering services to ensure program requirements and objectives are met
  • Lead and participate in capabilities analysis, leadership and education, personnel and facilities efforts, and joint capability integration and development system activities
  • Ensure interoperability with various command, control, and communications systems
  • Conduct systems engineering trade-off analysis and provide analysis related to the design, development, and integration of hardware, software, and man-machine interfaces
Requirements:
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 8 years experience, or 4 years of direct relevant experience may be substituted for education
  • Experience with configuration management, planning, implementing, and managing SharePoint tools and staff processes
  • Experience writing, maintaining, and training SOPs for configuration management
  • Experience providing engineering support to acquisition programs, including SEP, TEMP, trade studies, RFI analyses, CDRL reviews, DODAAF artifacts, and risk management
