Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide exceptional speech and language support to students in a school setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and identify students' speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including IEPs, tailored to each student's unique requirements.
  • Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student learning outcomes and ensure seamless communication.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation, ensuring compliance with school and state regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid Texas SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous, but not required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
