We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bus Person to join our team at IP Casino Resort Spa - Biloxi. As a Bus Person, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.
Key Responsibilities- Clear and reset tables in a timely manner, ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere for our guests.
- Receive and fulfill beverage orders, providing prompt and courteous service.
- Transport dishes and utensils to the kitchen, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the dining area, adhering to our high standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift, maneuver, and carry up to 40 pounds.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive guest experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
