Key Responsibilities
  • Instructional Coaching: Provide job-embedded coaching and support to teachers and school leaders to ensure effective implementation of our programs.
  • Professional Development: Deliver high-quality professional development and technical assistance to schools and districts to support teacher growth and student achievement.
  • Program Implementation: Work closely with school leaders and teachers to implement our programs and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to inform instructional decisions and drive student growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of successful teaching experience in a 6-8 school setting, with a strong background in Humanities.
  • Education: B.A. or B.S. degree required; M.A. preferred.
  • Skills: Strong collaboration and team building skills, knowledge of standards-based reform, curriculum, instruction, and assessment, ability to plan strategically with and coach school leaders and classroom teachers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Technology Integration: Experience with classroom-based technology integration and ability to provide instructional support relating to effective teaching strategies for teachers across content areas using instructional technology.
  • Language Support: Certified in bilingual education or experience in scaffolding instruction for English Language Learners.
