Job Title: Travel CT Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Travel CT Technologist to join our team at American Medical Staffing. As a Travel CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography (CT) scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes.

Job Summary:
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes.
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients correctly.
  • Monitor patients during CT scans and ensure their safety and comfort.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of CT scanning procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or Computed Tomography (CT).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
