P. Terry's is seeking talented Managers/Shift Leaders for our Closing Shift who are committed to providing a best-in-class guest experience. We want leaders who are motivated and thrive in a high-energy, high-volume restaurant.

Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible and in charge of the stand while the GM is not present.
  • Count Inventory.
  • Do deposits and count the drawers.
  • Have all positions cleaned and closed down.
  • Make sure the stand is locked and safe.
  • Support the team and jump in where needed, creating a positive and proactive atmosphere.
  • Foster great customer service, treating our guests like family.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant.
Requirements:
  • Managers serve safe (we can provide for you if needed).
  • 1 year of restaurant experience.
  • Ability to promote teamwork and develop and support others.
  • Ability to lift 35-50lbs.
  • Ability to lift, reach, and bend over for product.
