Nurse Care Coordinator

As a Nurse Care Coordinator at HCA Healthcare, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and advocating for our patients' needs. Job Summary:
The Nurse Care Coordinator functions as a member of the multidisciplinary team, providing education and support to patients throughout their care journey. This includes assisting with diagnosis, treatment plans, and navigating the healthcare system. As a key advocate for our patients, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support through the AHA or ARC
- Registered Nurse, current licensure in the State of Kansas as a Registered Nurse (RN) or current Multi-State Licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Certificate of qualification, Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner according to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act (preferred)
- Experience in program development (preferred)
- Experience as a nurse navigator and/or patient educator (preferred)
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing or enrolled in Bachelors' Degree in Nursing within 6 months of hire (required)
- Masters Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration (preferred)

Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
