- Inspire and support your teaching colleagues through effective modeling and mentorship.
- Develop individualized and group activities that promote social, cognitive, and emotional development in children.
- Maintain open lines of communication with parents through regular updates, progress reports, and conferences.
- Adhere to all center policies and comply with state regulations.
- Foster a safe and healthy classroom environment by upholding hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Commit to ongoing professional development to enhance the quality of education provided.
- A minimum of one year of professional experience in child care.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with basic computer proficiency.
- High energy and a collaborative spirit to work effectively with staff, children, and families.
- A solid understanding of child development principles.
- Current certification in Infant/Child CPR and First Aid.
- Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and health screening.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
- Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
- Head Teacher Certification.
- A minimum of 12 college credits in Early Childhood Education.
