Job Responsibilities
The Peer Support Specialist will engage with members served in a variety of settings, including community outreach, home visits, and group sessions. They will use their lived experience to facilitate meaningful conversations, identify strengths and needs, and develop individualized plans to promote recovery goals. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a compassionate and non-judgmental attitude, and a commitment to the principles of peer-led services.
