Job Title: Acute Physical Therapist - Hospital

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Job Summary:

We are currently hiring a Physical Therapist to work in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve patient function and mobility.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients to identify physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement interventions to improve patient function and mobility, including exercises, modalities, and education
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve patient goals and outcomes
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in Texas
  • Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
  • Minimum 1-year experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
