About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Dietitian Consultant to join our team at Brookhaven Hospital. As a key member of our hospital's multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in planning, directing, and coordinating nutritional services for inpatients. Your expertise will be essential in establishing policies and procedures for patient nutritional care, supporting Food Services and Nursing Departments with education, and assisting in establishing policies for food safety/sanitation, preparation, and distribution.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nutritional care plans for inpatients
- Provide education and training to Food Services and Nursing Departments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to establish policies for food safety/sanitation, preparation, and distribution
- Conduct ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on years of experience and qualifications.
