Our team is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a Clinical Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our infusion center.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling patients, coordinating with procurement teams, and ensuring quality assurance metrics are met. They will also work closely with our intake team to ensure patient treatments are authorized and work with our medical assistant to upload new patient information into our electronic medical record system.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations
  • Schedule patients for infusion appointments
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure inventory is available and tracked
  • Work closely with intake team to ensure patient treatments are authorized
  • Ensure monthly quality assurance metrics are met and reviewed
  • Continuous audit of all medical records
  • Work closely with medical assistant to ensure new patient information is uploaded in EMR
  • Remain up to date on new infusions offered and company policies
  • Establish relationships and communicate with local providers
Requirements
  • Master's degree and certification by one of the Nurse Practitioner certifying bodies
  • Ability to work independently
  • Medicare Certified
  • DEA License
Physical Requirements

The ideal candidate will be able to stand and sit for hours at a time, with some bending and stooping required. They must also be able to use manual dexterity in relation to clinical requirements and lift up to 50lbs.
