Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Empty trash cans, clean exterior and interior, and replace liners as needed.
  • Clean bathroom sinks, fixtures, and toilets, following infection control standards.
  • Dust and damp clean surfaces in patient/resident rooms, including furniture, bed frames, and windowsills.
  • Move furniture to clean behind and underneath, according to center procedures.
  • Turn bed mattresses after cleaning.

Requirements:

  • No minimum experience required; on-the-job training provided.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience with healthcare housekeeping or environmental services preferred.
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required by date of hire.
