Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality speech and language services to a diverse student population in Murrieta, CA.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's specific requirements.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings, to support their progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student support.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of services provided and progress made.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies.
  • Stay current with best practices in the field of speech-language pathology through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current State SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Passion for working with children and helping them achieve their full potential.
