About the Job
We are seeking an Implementation Services Advisor for Supply Chain Planning to join our team in North America.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 10 years of relevant work experience implementing BY portfolio supply chain solutions.
You will also have 3-5 years of relevant experience either positioning implementation services in support of Software Sales or evaluating need for implementation services (as a customer/partner).
Previous experience in a formal sales / account management role would be nice to have.
About the Team
You will work closely with our Sales Leadership, Customer Executives, and Customer Success teams to develop an effective sales strategy prior to sales engagement, and ensure efficiency during the sales cycle to drive profitable outcomes for Blue Yonder.
As a member of our team, you will be expected to provide insights and support to the Sales Leadership and/or Customer Executive during a sales cycle.
About You
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about sales, customer success, and driving revenue in the supply chain industry.
You should have excellent communication, reporting and presentation skills to large groups of people and C-Suite level.
Able to thrive in an extremely fast-paced, high-pressure, high-visibility role and handle multiple priorities.
