Job Summary

As a Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse Specialist, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, maintaining accurate and detailed records along the way.

About the Role
  • Provide exceptional patient care in a pediatric intensive care unit setting
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans, prioritizing patient needs and outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, utilizing electronic health records (EHRs) as needed
  • Stay current with best practices and industry developments through ongoing education and training
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in good standing
  • 1+ years of experience in a pediatric intensive care unit setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills, including electronic health record systems
