We are seeking a skilled and experienced driver to join our team at Abigail Kirsch in Tarrytown, NY. As a driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations in a safe and efficient manner, complying with all DOT rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Transport materials to and from assigned destinations, ensuring timely and safe delivery.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch to report any issues or delays on the route.
- Unload and reload goods, and perform equipment setup and breakdown.
- Conduct thorough inspections of company equipment before and after each trip.
- Assist kitchen staff and participate in event setup and breakdown.
- A valid state driver's license for commercial vehicles and/or a medical card from an approved DOT medical examiner.
- An acceptable driving record and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
- At least one year's experience driving commercially.
