**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Process Improvement Specialist to join our Product Performance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing quality system and business process improvements that increase capacity, reduce lead-time, reduce work-in-process, and improve process flow and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze and improve quality systems and business processes to increase capacity, reduce lead-time, and improve process flow and efficiency.
- Design and implement process improvements that reduce work-in-process and improve timeliness of complaint evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and eliminate process issues internally or at suppliers.
- Develop and maintain effective metrics with internal customers to ensure business goals are achieved.
- Participate in the development of less experienced staff by setting an example, providing guidance and work direction, and offering counsel.
- Lead project teams and influence middle management on technical or business solutions.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree (16 years) in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Minimum 6 years of related work experience with a strong understanding of specified functional area.
- Wide application of technical principles, practices, and procedures.
- Strong understanding of business unit function and cross-group dependencies/relationships.
