Job Summary:

Vermont State University is seeking a qualified Part-Time Faculty member to teach Nursing courses in the Department of Nursing. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, assessing student learning, and contributing to the development of the nursing program.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach Nursing courses, including Nursing- NUR Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing
  • Develop and implement course materials, assessments, and evaluations
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback
  • Contribute to the development of the nursing program
  • Participate in departmental and university service activities

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Teaching experience in secondary school or college
  • Active unencumbered Vermont RN licensure or eligibility for an unencumbered Vermont license
  • Valid driver's license

Salary and Benefits:

Salary will be based on credits previously taught per VSC-VSCPTF Bargaining Unit Agreement.
