IBH Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled IBH Psychologist to join our team at CentraCare. As a Primary Care Behavioral Health Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing outpatient assessment and brief intervention services to patients and families with behavioral health and/or medical needs.

• Provide diagnostic, psychological, or biopsychosocial evaluation and execute therapeutic treatment toward defined goals for patients and families across a life span.
• Work collaboratively with CentraCare's Family Medicine clinics to provide integrated care.
• Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with medical providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Provide education and training to staff on behavioral health topics.
• Support Family Medicine resident physicians in their training.

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology required.
• Minimum of one-year experience in outpatient assessment and medical knowledge.
• Completion of post-doc training year prior to start date preferred.
• Licensure by the State of Minnesota Board of Psychology as Licensed Psychologist (LP) required.

• Knowledge and/or experience in behavioral health within a healthcare setting.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
