About the Opportunity

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Home Hospital team in Everett, Massachusetts.

This role involves providing high-quality, clinical services to patients in various settings within the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering patient care that adheres to organizational philosophy, policy, and standards of nursing and community health practice.

Job Summary

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. As a key member of our Home Hospital team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing individualized plans of care that prioritize patient needs and safety.
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families to promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely electronic documentation and data submission.

Mass General Brigham offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
