About the Role:

Soliant Education is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support students with communication disorders in Lebanon, OR. As a School-Based SLPA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to implement therapy plans, conduct assessments, and provide direct support to enhance students' speech and language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of speech and language therapy services to students.
  • Implement treatment plans as directed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Conduct screenings and assist in the assessment process.
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' needs.
  • Participate in meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
  • State licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
