As a Retail Operations Leader, you will oversee various elements of the Customer Experience, including store management, employee development, visual presentation, and inventory security. You will also assume managerial responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager. Your effectiveness will be measured by your ability to enhance sales and achieve profit objectives for your assigned store.

Responsibilities:

  • Mentoring and motivating your team to increase sales and deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by possessing in-depth product knowledge and collaborating with team members to provide outstanding sales assistance
  • Achieving sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational benchmarks
  • Serving as a communication bridge between customers, sales associates, and store leadership
  • Demonstrating product knowledge and current trends to meet customer needs
  • Keeping updated on product specifications and emerging trends
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership abilities with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-focused retail environment
  • Confidence in engaging with customers to provide an exceptional experience
  • Self-motivated to achieve outstanding results through a passion for customer interactions and sports merchandise
  • Adaptable and flexible in responding to the evolving demands of a dynamic retail environment
  • Able to work independently to complete tasks
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, including problem-solving and financial assessment
  • Commitment to high ethical standards, values, integrity, and trust
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
