Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an Evening Custodial Associate responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our community's living spaces and common areas. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly cleans and maintains all flooring surfaces, including carpets and tiles, through various methods such as mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming.
  • Ensures the proper maintenance of cleaning equipment.
  • Assists in the setup and preparation for community events by following detailed instructions and collaborating with relevant departments.
  • Supports inventory management and supply ordering processes.
  • Maintains cleanliness in waste disposal areas.
  • Collaborates with housekeeping staff during periodic deep cleaning tasks.
  • Reports any necessary repairs regarding flooring and equipment to the Supervisor.
  • Maintains a tidy and safe workspace, responsibly disposing of waste and damaged materials.

Qualifications:
  • Availability to work evening shifts.
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Prior experience in cleaning residential or commercial environments is advantageous, though training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of safe handling practices for biohazardous materials is essential.
