Position Overview:
As an Aircraft Structural Repair Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and safety of aircraft structures. Your responsibilities will include adhering to environmental health and safety regulations, participating in organizational improvement initiatives, and executing tasks efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
- Remove and install various aircraft components as necessary.
- Fabricate and modify structural components of aircraft.
- Conduct minor repairs on composite structures, whether attached or detached.
- Assist in performing hidden damage inspections on aircraft structures.
- Support complex structural repairs both on and off the aircraft.
- Aid in the repair of aircraft components.
- Carry out mechanical and electrical removals and installations as required.
- May provide assistance with maintenance tasks at external locations.
- Help with wing removal when necessary.
- Inspect confined spaces within the airframe.
- Contribute to the design, modification, and welding of metal fixtures as needed.
- Provide time estimates for various tasks as required.

Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in structural sheet metal repair or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in corporate or commercial aviation.
- An A&P license or "A" license is preferred.
- Proficient in interpreting mechanical engineering drawings.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, regarding aircraft status.
- Must possess personal tools and demonstrate effective inventory management.
- Willingness to work shifts, including 12-hour shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays, with potential for unscheduled overtime.
- A passion for working on commercial aircraft and being part of a dedicated team focused on CRJs.
- Basic computer skills are required.

Travel & Longevity Bonus:
$3,300 available.
